Individual counseling includes adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, phobias, life transitions, self-harm, and trauma. I believe that some issues arise from the past and while it might be helpful to explore how the issues developed it is as equally important to have useful, practical tools and resources to cope with the current struggles. I structure therapy according to my theoretical approach which can be found in more detail under the biography tab, however my clients guide me in what is most beneficial to them.

Rates for individual counseling is $95 dollars per session. Each session is 50 minutes. Usually sessions occur on weekly basis and taper off as you make progress towards your goals.
